Our process

Step 1 | Quoting & Estimating: From budget pricing to detailed quotes, we will assist you with keeping your project within budget.

Step 2 | Design & Engineering: We offer 3D visualizations and highly detailed shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.

Step 3 | Project Management & Coordination: Whether it is a small or large project, proper management and coordination is key to a projects success. We provide end-to-end management to keep your project on schedule.

Step 4 | Field measurements & Fabrication: Once field dimensions are verified, and shop drawings are approved, the fabrication process can start. We continue to manage the project until the site is ready for delivery and installation.

Step 5 | Delivery & Installation: During this exciting final stage the installation team will be mobilized to site along with all the millwork components. Once the installation of all components is complete a final inspection will be done to ensure quality and expectations are met.

History

Goosen Inc. was established in 2022 and founded by Jos Goosen. Originally from the Netherlands, Jos comes from an artistic family with talents in many disciplines such as music, art, woodwork & design. By starting Goosen Inc., Jos has proudly followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, also named Jos Goosen, who ran a well established custom furniture business in the Netherlands. The logo, representing the ‘G’ in Goosen, was designed by Jos Sr. and was used for ‘Goosen Meubelen’ (‘Meubelen’ is the Dutch word for furniture) founded in 1963.

From a young age Jos was interested in woodworking and design. After Jos finished his education for entrepreneurship in the woodworking industry, he gained experience working for various companies in the Netherlands and then made his way to Canada, to further develop his skillset. Jos brings a unique vision to the market through Goosen Inc., providing beautiful work to both the residential and commercial market.
